Coaching & People was born with this spirit, because when two freelancers find themselves choosing to put aside an individual professional path and decide to share life stories, skills, values and characteristics, then something greater than the sum of two units is born.
In 2015 a small group of trainers and coaches found themselves working together on a great coaching project. Over the years, a team of professionals is formed, step by step, who continue to work together by learning, experimenting and having fun. Today in our ecosystem there is a group of close-knit people who share values, love doing beautiful things, know how to integrate (systematizing) diversified experiences and skills, to satisfy the specific needs of customers.
