Paolo Palazzo

Paolo Palazzo Executive Coach (PCC, ICF) and certified assessor of several personality assessments, deals with leadership training and development in individual and team coaching courses and within management training programs. In the Italy Chapter of the International Coaching Federation he is part of the Committee for the qualification of the Coach profession in Italian legislation (L. 4/2013). Since 2015 he has been a member of the UNI Working Group n°040/24 for the adoption of the Technical Standard which defines the characteristics of the Coach profession. He is Adjunct Professor at LUISS Business School and Scientific Coordinator of the Flex Executive Coaching Programme.

Cecilia Toni Saracini

Work psychologist, business coach (PCC, ICF). Since 2003 she has been involved in companies training. After a series of post-graduate specializations with experiences in England and France, she began to dedicate herself to training and business consultancy before arriving in the world of coaching in 2011. Over the last twenty years she has specialized in various areas such as art therapy and psychoposturology. The approach she uses in coaching, training and consulting is an integration of her professional and personal experiences. She likes people, their stories, learning new things and her profession gives her the opportunity to follow these great passions.

OUR 3

In 2015 a small group of trainers and coaches found themselves working together on a great coaching project. Over the years, a team of professionals is formed, step by step, who continue to work together by learning, experimenting and having fun. Today in our ecosystem there is a group of close-knit people who share values, love doing beautiful things, know how to integrate (systematizing) diversified experiences and skills, to satisfy the specific needs of customers.
