Coaching

The magic of awareness enhances people by recognizing their uniqueness and enhancing their resources.

For us, coaching has been an effective and proven transformation tool for over 20 years that can take on different forms in relation to the aims it helps to pursue:

 

 

Individual: when a professional has a development need we create personalized paths based on the results he wishes to achieve. 

Group:

whenever a group of professionals has a specific managerial theme in common, we support them with 1 or 2 coaches who guide them through a series of meetings aimed at accelerating the learning processes.

 

 

 

Career: we offer it to people who are in a moment of professional change (new job search, entry into the world of work, change of role or career). 

Team: our coaches accompany the team in order to generate an excellent result, through the recognition of a common identity and shared responsibilities among its members.

 

 

 

 

Shadow: we use it when it is necessary to work on contingent situations (management of meetings, relationships with cooperators…) in which the presence of the “shadow” coach facilitates focus on more effective managerial behaviors.

Coaching by Values ©: through this methodology people and groups are guided in identifying the priority values that support choices and behaviors.

Brief coaching: this methodology allows you to obtain learning results and new behaviors acquisition through 1 or 2 meetings. 

Mentoring  & Supervisione: we believe that a coach is never truly “learned”; We offer this service individually and in groups to coaches who wish to increase their skills and improve their coaching style.
